Welcome to iHelp.ie. This document governs the use of iHelp.ie and its network of local websites, including but not limited to:

iHelp.ie acts as a centralized platform for business listings and blogging. By submitting information to us for publication on any of these sites, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy.

2. Service Model

iHelp.ie operates as a Managed Listing Service supported by volunteers and community efforts.

    Submission:
      Users do not create accounts or post content directly. All information (text, images, contact details) must be submitted to iHelp.ie via email or approved communication channels.
    Publication:
      The iHelp.ie team will review and publish content on the relevant website(s) on your behalf.
    Availability:
      Free and 30-day listings are posted when volunteer staff are available. There is no permanent team guaranteeing immediate posting.

3. Listing Plans

    Free Plan:
      Your business will be listed on one local domain of your choice for up to 30 days. Multiple listings for the same business across different domains are not allowed.
    Premium Plan (€99/year):
      Listings appear across all 13 local domains. As our local network grows, your listing may be added to additional domains at no extra cost during your active subscription period. Premium fees and Ads support servers, domains, and volunteer efforts.

4. Payments and Fees

    Payment Methods:
      For paid packages, payments are accepted via Revolut or other manually approved methods.
    Refund Policy:
      Once a listing has been published, fees are considered earned and are non-refundable.
    Handling Fees:
      Any third-party transaction fees are strictly non-refundable.

5. Content Ownership and User Responsibility

    License:
      By submitting content (photos, text, logos), you grant iHelp.ie a perpetual, royalty-free license to host, display, and format it.
    Accuracy:
      You are responsible for the correctness of submitted information. Report any errors immediately to contact@ihelp.ie.
    Copyright:
      Any person submitting text, images, or other materials for advertisement confirms that they have the legal right or permission to use such content. iHelp.ie is not responsible for copyright infringements arising from materials provided by advertisers.

6. SEO Disclaimer

While standard Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) practices are applied to improve visibility, we cannot guarantee specific rankings or traffic. Results depend on search engines and external factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

    "As Is" Basis:
      The websites are provided "as is." iHelp.ie does not guarantee business results or 100% uptime.
    Manual Errors:
      We are not liable for typos or omissions during posting.
    No Endorsement:
      Publication does not imply endorsement. Transactions occur solely between businesses and customers.

8. Termination and Removal

iHelp.ie may:

  • Refuse content that violates our standards.
  • Remove a listing if payment issues occur or dishonesty is detected.
  • Modify the website structure or domains at any time.

9. Prohibited Commercial Listings

  • 1. Inst‌ruments of Ha‌rm & Ballis‌tic Goods
    • All varieties of balli‌stic hardware, components, or fi‌rearms.
    • Ex‌plosive materials or sharp combat weaponry.
    • Instructional material for the construction of dangerous hardware.
  • 2. Regulated Substances & Narc‌otics
    • Controlled substances, n‌arcot‌ics, or associated paraphernalia.
    • Can‌nabis, CBD, or similar derived items (recreational or medicinal).
    • Tob‌acco, vaping hardware, or smoking alternatives.
    • Alcoh‌olic beverages or specialized production hardware.
  • 3. Explicit Content & Adu‌lt Services
    • Material of an expli‌cit, provocative, or porno‌graphic nature.
    • Intim‌ate encounter services or adult companionship.
    • Items deemed high-sensitivity by the administration.
  • 4. Anim‌als & Livest‌ock
    • The sa‌le, trade, or reh‌oming of domestic pets.
    • Horses or agricultural livestock.
    • Products derived from endangered species or wildlife.
  • 5. Unve‌rified Financial Models
    • Cry‌ptocurrency platforms, schemes, or investment tokens.
    • Fast-returns financial models or unverified loan services.
    • Gambl‌ing, lottery platforms, or sports-predicting services.
  • 6. Pharmaceuticals & Claims
    • Unregu‌lated supplements making unverified wellness claims.
    • Pre‌scription drugs or uncer‌tified diagnostic tools.
    • Items intended to bypass standard professional medical advice.

10. Third-Party Advertising

Ads from third-party advertising networks, such as Google Ads, may appear on iHelp.ie and its network of local websites. These advertisements are provided by external companies. iHelp.ie does not control the content of these ads or the websites they link to, and any interaction with advertisers is solely between you and the advertiser.

11. Privacy and Data

Business contact details submitted will be publicly visible. By submitting, you consent to iHelp.ie storing and using this information to manage your listing.

12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Irish courts.
