Operating as a Managed Listing & Publication Service, we treat your information with professional care. We do not use automated user accounts; your content is reviewed and published personally by our administrative desk to ensure quality and boutique-level accuracy.

1. Operational Data Controller

We process only the information you explicitly provide for professional publication:

Commercial Listing Data (Public):
Business identifiers, service descriptions, location data, high-resolution imagery, and social coordinates you wish to showcase to our visitors.
Administrative Metadata (Private):
Your direct email address and full name used for account communication. These records are never shared publicly or sold to external agencies.
Financial Authentication & Secure Transactions:
For premium service tiers, we utilize Revolut as a manual settlement method. iHelp.ie does not host an integrated payment gateway; instead, specific account coordinates are provided privately during our professional correspondence.
Independent Execution:
All transfers are executed by the client independently from their own trusted devices. Consequently, our systems never request, record, or store your private bank details, login credentials, or card numbers.
Mandatory Reference Protocol:
To ensure accurate mapping of your payment to your business listing, every manual transfer must be accompanied by the unique Reference Number provided to you previously via email.

Regulatory Notice:
Any transactions received without a valid Reference Number will be automatically categorized as a non-refundable contribution and donation toward the maintenance and sustaining of the iHelp.ie platform infrastructure.

3. The Purpose of Processing

Your information is utilized solely to:

• Digitally format and publish your requested commercial profile.
• Transmit administrative notices, record updates, and expiry reminders.
• Execute legal and tax documentation requirements under Irish Law.

4. Public Exposure Notice

By submitting content for a public listing, you acknowledge that this information will be globally accessible via our domain network and may be indexed by third-party search engines. Commercial details on our platform are considered "Public Domain" once the listing is active.

5. Strategic Data Retention

Published Content:
Retained for the active duration of the listing contract.
Tax & Ledger Logs:
Secured for 6 years to meet Irish Revenue obligations.
Digital Communications:
Emails may be archived for quality assurance and record of instruction.

6. GDPR Provisions & Your Sovereignty

Under international standards, you hold the right to Access, Rectify, or Erase your listing, and the right to withdraw consent for marketing. To execute these rights, please contact our administrative desk directly.

We utilize enterprise-grade services from global leaders to maintain the iHelp.ie infrastructure:
